Introduction

The relevant standard “ISO 9001:2000 and TS 16949:2002” will form part of the Interpretation of standards module and will be based on the Companies requirements referring to a relevant standard. Delegates will be taught the new “Process Approach Model” for auditing.

Course Objective

The delegates will be able to effectively design and implement an Internal and External (Supplier) Auditing system based on the standard TS 16949:2002. The course includes all relevant checklists and practical class exercises and case studies. The course qualifies Auditors to perform internal and external audits.
